How to insure that the data on WhatsApp saved in the I could?
How to know that data on WhatsApp is backed up on i cloud to use the app with the same data on another I phone?

If you still have the iPhone that was set to backup from, then you can go to Settings->Account(top of settings)->iCloud->Manage Storage->Backups->Your iPhone->WhatsApp. It should have a switch that is turned on, and show the amount of data that is backed up.
