iPhone backup.

Hello.

Can you please tell me if the e-sim data is saved when I back up my iPhone?

In case of loss/failure or purchase of a new iPhone, will the e-sim data be restored on the new iPhone from the backup? And will e-sim work on the new iPhone restored from a backup of my previous iPhone?
