Safari not loading pages.

Hi,

I'm having a problem with safari. It keeps not loading webpages its gets about halfway they stays on a black screen, start page or sometimes the webpage I was on before trying to change it. The webpages load perfectly fine on other web browsers and its the same with any website I try when it does it.

Incase it matters I have a MacBook Pro M1 2021 and I've just deleted everything then reloaded the OS and still having the same issues with Safari.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.4

It started after the 15.5 update, I've tried changing the internet connection, I've obviously cleared cache, cookies etc as it was a fresh load.

Still happening and really annoying as it seems to be getting worse and not better.
