My left Powerbeats Pro is not working.

Hi everyone,

i have an issue of my powerbeats pro the left earbud is not working , the volume button not working also and the side button you need to press it always to connect in my device, otherwise it wont connect if you leave it,

but it works/connect when the right earbud is in my ear , but if you removed the right bud it will disconnect,

please advice

Just to confirm, it seems like you're experiencing an issue connecting to your Powerbeats Pro, correct?

Phone not responding to button presses

Make sure that the headset plug is securely connected. For multi-press functions, vary the speed of presses when you use the remote/mic.
