I just upgraded to iPhone 13 pro. Why do I get this message every time I leave the house…”this device is no longer detected near you. I was last seen near (my address). How do I stop this?

To get rid of the left behind alerts, you'd want to turn off the "Notify When Left Behind" alert for whatever device you have setup in Find My on that iPhone.
Just go into the Find My app > Choose the Devices or Items tab at the bottom > Select the device that you have the alerts enabled for, then turn off the "Notify When Left Behind" option.
