Please can anyone help me with this please

Can anyone tell me what i should do .. i had a iphone and made a acount played couple games and also made purchases the total was 40 but never recived any thing but my money was taking out of my account.. and i no longer have a iphone( I couldn't adapt to how different it is from android).. the developer of the game told me I had to contact Apple and I made 2 reports each for 19.99 saying I never received what I paid for .. but I don't know where to go from here
