Notifications on Watch

I have a series 6 watch. Usually when my phone is locked my watch vibrates when I get a message. Unless I actively look at my watch it doesn't tell me I have received one. Also when I set an alarm, my phone goes off but my watch doesn't. I have tried going through the notification settings on my watch app but nothing seems to be doing any good. Help please.

apple watch not showing notifications I recently upgraded to an iPhone 13. The phone is paired with my Apple Watch series 3. Previously, my watch displayed notifications when charges were made to my credit card and when someone came to my front door which triggered my Ring doorbell. Now, nothing. I’ve re-paired the watch to my phone and investigated settings thought to be the culprit. No luck. Any ideas?

Apple Watch is inconsistent with its notifications I’m starting to really hate the fact that my Apple Watch is so randomly inconsistent with its notifications. Some days it’s all good - but most days I don’t get any alerts for Messages on my watch and somethings they don’t even appear on my phone’s lock screen. Today the watch has just decided to stop all notifications.....even though all the settings on both watch and phone suggest I should be getting notified for pretty much everything. I know this is an issue for others too - but are there any fresh ideas out there as to how to fix the problem? Please help me put an end to this frustration!!! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple Watch Intermittent Notifications Hi, Please can someon help. I have a Apple Watch SE. All was workign fine up till about couple of months ago. Every now and then, I recieve no notifiations on the watch but on the phone instead. The phone is not being used, so the notifications should be on my watch. All the settings are as follows Notificaiton Indicator - ON Show Summery - ON Tap to Show Full - ON Mirror on Phone Alerts - The ones I want are all selected (there is only 4). I have resarted both the watch and phone, both IOS are up to date.
