pay on other apps/games

Hello, I can’t pay on other apps with apple pay id. It keeps sayin my purchased hasn’t been completed.

Hey there,

if you see this message [ Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed ] when you try to purchase something,contact Apple Support for help.
