My iPhone storage has 64 GB. and is at 63.9 GB. I purchased 200 GB. I offloaded some of my apps and now I cant upload them back to my iPhone. I thought by purchasing more space on iCloud this would free up some room for me. I

I am new to iPhone. My phone storage is full . I thought if I purchased more storage on iCloud that it would give me more space on my iPhone. What am I doing wrong. It will not allow me to reinstall some apps I offloaded

Storage on your phone is not the same as iCloud storage.
