I’m trying to connect the strava app to my watch and the very last step won’t let me do it. I click the fitness and motion tab and it just takes me to the Strava settings. It does nothing else. I’ve turned on all notifications, it’s connected to health and Apple fitness. Not sure why I’m missing here…

On your iPhone in Settings > Strava is Motion & Fitness enabled? This doesn’t have anything to do with notifications, so don’t go to the notifications section.
