See Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support and Use private Wi-Fi addresses on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support. On your wireless network disable any feature such as client/wireless isolation/security or guest mode that blocks traffic between devices on your network, and likewise don't use the private Wi-Fi address feature on your own network.
