Sky mail
I can’t receive or send emails on iPad 8th gen. since last update. Says “no password provided for Sky”Have deleted and re-entered but no difference. No problem with same Sky mail account on HP laptop, nor when I access via sky.com. I am not very confident using any settings, so a simply worded reply would be appreciated. Thanks. PS also have very old ipad2 (9.0) for games only with sky mail still on it, but that can’t receive either.
