The are no "slow" components inside a 2016 Macbook Pro so I have to suspect you have a software conflict. Can you give more details?:

• WHAT is slow?
• Any advisories or warnings?
• Are any functions fast or feel normal?

Have you installed any:

• anti-virus software?
• so-called "cleaning" apps?
• banking security software?

All will degrade performance.
