Apple Music

I am tired of paying for a subscription that never works. I have to restart my phone multiple times before I can even play my downloaded music. This has been an issue since IOS 14 was released regardless of whatever iPhone I have. Closing the app DOES NOT WORK. My phone is always up to date, as well as my apps. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I am unable to recreate your issue. Apple Music works just fine. Contact Apple Support.
