Iphone 13 warranty claim

My iPhone 13 has some problems in camera. Videos automatically change into purple while taking videos in dark… and has a green vertical line appears on the camera screen… according to the consumer law rights i need a replacement. Because 7 months warranty remaining. What is the procedure to claim my warranty.

Limitation of warranty for a iPhone bought out of Honk Kong? My iPhone XR 64gb stopped working on the back camera and at Apple Support they substituted it, but still not working. They said it's a mother board issue, hence must have a replacement. But as I live in Europe (Italy) and the device is from Honk Kong, I cannot get a replacement even if still under 12-months warranty (will expiry beginning July 2020). Apple Online support explained it as a limitation of warranty. I should travel to China and then they will replace my device. This is totally nonsense. Did anybody hear similar issues? Apple warranty My new iPhone 11 pros portrait and wide angle camera have just stopped working. I’ve taken the phone to ATT and they’ve determined it should be covered by apples warranty. I’m not sure how that all is working with COVID. How can I get my phone replaced through the warranty
