Is my Epsom scanner V370 Photo compatible with Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.6?

My Perfection V33 is. You may need to check the Epson site for drivers.
Once I installed the Epson software it was a breeze to use. I generally prefer to use native Mac software, but with my V33 I've learned the Epson software is better for my purposes.
You'd be looking for Scanner Driver and Epson Scan 2 Utility v6.4.1.00 which can be downloaded from Epson here.
The driver notes say - Compatible systems : macOS 12.x, macOS 11.x, macOS 10.15.x
