Hi Kwagner372,

First, you can see if restarting all devices involved may help resolve this issue. It would cause the devices to refresh their software and connection to each other. This article shows how to restart your iPad: Restart your iPad - Apple Support

This article goes over how to system restart your Roku Premiere: How to system restart or factory reset your Roku® streaming device

You'll also want to make sure that your Roku Premiere and iPad are both fully up-to-date:

Running the latest software versions can resolve unexpected issues, like this one.

Also, does the same issue happen if you connect the devices to a different internet network? This can isolate if the issue is isolated to all internet networks (and something going on with the actual devices) or a specific one, which could help possibly resolve this.

Let us know how these steps go or if you've already tried those.

Best wishes.

Hey there, Kwagner372.

Thanks for letting us know. To confirm, is Facebook fully up-to-date? We're asking this since you said this only happens when using that app. The other steps in the following article might help as well: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support The title may not match what you are encountering, but as previously mentioned, the steps inside may help. You can skip the second step since you've already tried that step.

Take care.
