id like to know if there is a sound issue in my iPhone I can't answer a phone call, and when I answer I can't hear anything so, id like to replace my phone because it is a hardware problem it is not misuse or something.
I went to switch plus and they offered to change the screen, but id like to replace the phone I don't want to change the screen.
