Podcast Review Error "choose a nickname"

Hi there,

We have just launched a podcast and people are trying to leave a review but it is saying "nickname error". No matter what name people try (Even made up) it doesn't work.

Any ideas appreciated!!

Podcasts Connect "There was an error" I am on podcasts connect as I want to submit my new podcast but all I get is a blank page with a red box saying "there was an error". This is the first page that comes up when I login to Podcasts Connect. I get this message whenever I click "Podcasts" and if I click "account' I just get indefinite swirling loading sign. Finding this whole process with Apple very frustrating and I don't recall it being this hard a few years ago when I submitted a podcast.

Error message for podcast uploaded from buzzsprout I am trying to upload a podcast using podcast connect. The podcast validates with no issues. After I submit I then get an error message via email - shown below. It says there is a an error, but it does not tell me what the error is. I clicked the links in the email and they were not helpful. In podcast connect the status shows "submitted for review". Any help would be greatly appreciated! Apple Podcast Submission Problem I am trying to submit the draft of my podcast for Apple Podcasts. It has become a draft in my list of podcasts. However, when I open it and fill out the information (such as upload frequency, third party rights) and hit 'Submit' I get a red bar that reads, "An unknown error has occured." Does anyone have any ideas? This has been happening to me for two and a half months now. I've edited my feed to work with Apple and have ran it through the checker that other people have posted before. Any help is appreciated.
