Phone locked itself up for a week said iPhone locked to owner requested new iPhone be sent to me under my apple care +plan with theft and lost well with no phone at all had death in family and couldn’t get ahold of anybody cause of no phone apple supervisor denied me a replacement finally hit phone unlocked on my own and now calls everything a Mac am not happy at all that apple denies me when I pay for this service
