Hi giean240,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities, we're glad to assist. Does a restart cause any change ? What is your iOS model and iOS version? You can find this at Settings > General > About > Version.
Let us know.
giean240,
Do you notice anything on your camera lens? Is there a case on the device? If so does the issue persist if you remove it? Does this happen on all 3 cameras on your iPhone? We look forward to hearing back from you.
Take care.
