unlock my i phone

my iphone is locked i cannot unlock it, you helped me to change my password but still is unlocked, when i try to unlock it it says incorrrect apple id or password! i am really stressed please help me

Sounds like you have run into Activation Lock. You will need to contact the person holding the lock to get them to remove it.
