iPhone 10 keeps freezing when I restart it. It loads and when I click on an app or go into Settings, and tap something it freezes. Is there a way to look at the memory on my phone from my computer? Not sure if it's a memory issue or software update issue. I have done soft resets but does not fix the issue. Anyone know what to do here?
It may be a battery issue. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and look at the battery health. If it's at 80% or lower, Apple recommends replacing it.
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it looked at.
