Family Sharing
If I am the organizer, and my wife is the parent/guardian, if she buys an app, can I also use it? It doesn’t seem to work. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to make her the organizer for this to work?

It shouldn't matter who is the organizer as long as purchases sharing is turned on.
