My help language in Logic Pro 10.5.1 has suddenly turned to French. My MacOS is 10.15.7, in english. How do I get the help in english again?

Change language on MacBook Pro By itself my MacBook Pro started writing in I think Chinese when I type anything on key board. I went into system preferences and the only language there is English. I clicked on it. It turned blue. Tried again and still types in another language. I logged out and shut down computer. It automatically updated last night. I just tried again and still in another language. HELP!!! What do I do? it’s macOS catalina
