System pop-ups windows cannot be closed and do not respond to commands

I am not indicating that the popup windows are freezed on screen but when I pressing the keys does not activate the consequent action and the window consequently can be dragged but nothing else.

The system is update and Apple applications too.

This problem happened after a few updates and suddenly.

I hope I don't get the same answer as here: All MAC system pop ups keep freezing - Apple Community,

because the problem can't be solved in that way.

Successfully Quit this App:

Perhaps the app is not responding? So, force quit it, and then open it once more.

Two steps:

I. Using [command + tab]:

Use [command +tab] to get to Finder (the smileyface). Then, Force Quit the App.

II. Using Force Quit:

See if this applications open. If that is the case, save what need be (if possible), and then Force Quit.

  1. Go To: Apple Menu
  2. Select: Force Quit...
  3. Select: An Item Ending in: “Not Responding
  4. Click: Force Quit button

Thanks for reply.

The problem isn't related to an application but only popup windows system.

I would try to simulate my common problem:

> I click on facetime application (this application is only an example)

> A popup system window start and show a message: you need to allow camera permissions

> The popup system show two button: confirm or cancel.

> When i press buttons nothing happen and i can't make any choices.

In this moment I can close facetime (force quit or common exit button) but the popup windows is on screen unusable and impossible to delete.

"Force quit" not help because the popup system window isn't considered an application and "force quit on desktop" not solve. Activity monitor doesn't show that too.
