How to get Ring notifications on Apple Watch Series 6?

Hello, has anyone figured out how to get Ring notifications on Apple Watch series 6? All my other apps loaded to the watch. The Ring app didn’t. I upgraded from a 3 to 6. My series 3 didn’t give me any problems. Having my alerts come to my watch is very convenient for me especially while I’m at work considering I’ve had a breakin before. Please help.

Hello Renee8507,

Let's start by checking the notification settings.

Opening the Watch app on the iPhone. Then tap on Notifications. Scroll down to Ring. Make sure this is toggled on.

If you are not seeing the Ring app, restart your Apple Watch using these steps found here Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support. While simple, this can refresh the operating system, apps and connections :

1. Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
2. Drag the Power Off slider.
3. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.

If you are still not seeing the app, and you are able to see all your other apps, you may want to reach out to the app developer: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

They will be in the best position to assist further.

Have a good day.
