Unable to switch to "iPhone" mode in the music widget in the Control Center till I go into a call

My iPhone is stuck in Headphones mode. I have restarted countless times and even reset my phone twice, settings and all. I can only switch to iPhone mode when I join a call, for example WhatsApp or Discord. Any way to fix this?

You'll have to take it to a Service Location or contact Official Apple Support.
