Timelapse

When I go to camera on my Phone (iPhone 13 mini) and I go to Timelapse, for the first couple of seconds it’s fine but then it gets super glitchy. I don’t know why this is happening especially when I got this new phone yesterday so it should be working perfectly. It doesn’t get glitchy on any other camera options that I know of so far. It’s very annoying. How could I fix it?
