Billing problem with a previous purchase

My IPad has been constantly telling me that there is a billing problem with a previous purchase, but I haven’t had any issue with any recent transactions, or any transactions at all. The notification pops up every time I try to update any of my apps and it just pops all of the time which is getting super annoying. I thought that possibly adding a new payment method or adding money to my Apple ID would help but it hasn’t. I also tried changing the region but nothing…

Hi Kurichi,


Wondering what happens when you tap Continue, sign in and see what the billing info is ?


Eg: Could be something simple like an expiry date on a card ... or a wrong charge ... not easy to guess.

Only Apple can see your account detrailss and tell you the reason.

You might want to reach out to the Billing Team:

There is a "Get Support" link on the bottom of their webpage (link below).
