Archive email to iCloud but without keeping a local copy

I have an archive of more than 60,000 emails in iCloud. I would like to be able to search this online and add to it without keeping a copy of each email on the drive of my MacBook Air. That is, my partner and I want to be able to access the iCloud email archive online from three different family computers without keeping copies of all those emails in the Mail program on each computer. Is this possible?

Archiving of mails can be done from an individual computer from www.icloud.com see the article Archive email in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

But that archived mails won't be mirrored with another computers even signed in with same Apple ID and password on the same network send feedback Feedback - Mail - Apple

Feedback - iCloud - Apple

However mails in all computers will get synced ( the Apple ID signed in should be say example1@icloud.com ) .
