MacBook Air 2020 Photobooth Lagging

I recorded a 2 to 3 mins video on Photobooth . I can watch the video but as soon as it reached more than 20 to 30 secs it becomes lagging.

I tried recording a 20 secs video and everything was fine. Already tried recording multiple video.

Tried airdropping the video to my phone and ipad but the same things happened. Thought it was because I did not update my software to the latest version but even after the update the recorded video is still lagging.

I've looked for solutions but can’t seem to find any.
