iOs 15.5 update problems

I have an iPhone 7. It installed the iOs 15.5 update, and ever since then, cellular data is not working. I'm not getting phone calls or text messages, and am unable to make phone calls. I can only use the Internet if I am connected to a wifi network. How can I fix this?

iPhone 7, iOS 15
