how can I delete Opera from my IMac ?
I need to delete Opera, told to delete the app and no idea how to find the app

I need to delete Opera, told to delete the app and no idea how to find the app

The icon appears on my dock. I can click on that and move it to trash. Frequently when I try to send email the page is opened with opera and when I click that off I frequently get, "cannot be sent using this sender. Told the only way to get opera out of my iMac is to delete app.
I see. You aren't moving Opera from the Applications folder but from the Dock. You have to move Opera from the Applications folder into the Trash then empty the Trash.
If it's installed it would be in the Applications folder. What told you to uninstall it?
had a lot of problems with email, being told "cannot send with this server. Opera's icon has been deleted but keeps returning.
Sorry, I don't understand. If you moved Opera to the trash and emptied it it can't return. Maybe someone else will have an idea.
