remove built in I pad

We will be using Apple ipads to have our employees clock in and out via ADP Time Kiosk App. what do we need to do to block all other apps? We don't want employees to use iPad for other purposes. Ipads will be mounted on the wall, so it will strictly be used by employees clock in and out only.
