12 pro not getting notifications

First My iphone 11 pro starts to loose signal out of nowhere that phone has been kept very carefully. Not even a single scratch to be seen and hardly fell from my hand.

Then because of that i had to switch to 12 pro because of just that network issue.

And now some major apps notifications are not popping up.

what’s happening with this company.
