My Apple Watch is not tracking any movement

For the last 2 days, my watch hasn't seemed to track my activity correctly. Yesterday it only showed 29 calories burned and 2 standing hours, and the day before it was way off also. While annoyed at losing my 90+ day streak, I chalked it up to not being as active (I was traveling) and figured it would be back to normal today.

It doesn't show ANY activity for today at all. All 3 rings are at 0. I've been up and at work for 7 hours and nothing. And when I lift my wrist to look at my watch, it isn't waking up. I have to tap it to bring up the screen.

I've toggled all the settings for this, restarted my phone and watch, and even un-paired my watch from my phone and set it up again, and nothing has worked. I've done everything I've seen on support articles for troubleshooting. Anything else I can do?
