Background app refresh
Since the last update, I have been unable to turn off background app refresh on my iPhone and iPad. The screen looks hazy and I can’t swipe it or do anything. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Hi Idris, I found my answer! I went to screen time, which was on, went to privacy settings and turned ON background app refresh so I can now turn it on & off the the tab. Thanks for answering!
