I have a MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2019 with apple care +, and I have had a couple of incidents with visible dents, and scratches. This will be my first incident with my apple care+. Could I get it fixed or replaced? I also have a pretty worn out battery.

Apple will repair two cases of accidental damage with AppleCare+, so depending on the extent of the damage, they could replace the case for you.
If the dents are small or not obvious, they may not- the only way to know is to check with them for sure.
If you check your Battery Health (Check the condition of your Mac notebook’s battery - Apple Support) and it says "Service Recommended", then you should probably get the battery changed. Rechargeable batteries are consumables, and deteriorate as they age.
Yes, maybe. But why burn a "free" repair for minor dents and scratches? You may need them later for something more significant.
What exactly does "pretty worn out" mean? 80% capacity? 50% capacity? Swollen and hot to the touch?
Thank you! What I mean by a worn out battery, is the battery health. My MacBook drains pretty quickly, and I don't have a charger with me all the time to use since I am constantly going places.
