Iphone 13 Image
New Iphone 13 has an image over the icons - looks like a volume meter though it never moves. What is it? How do you get rid of it?

Keep it connected to a reliable and fast wifi network.
Perhaps it is still re-downloading those apps from AppStore (apps are never transferred during a "restore data from a backup" or "quick start" procedure).
