My iPhone screen is flashing green

basically i got my iphone x in september and i have had no problems with it up until today and i got my phone out and the screen on it was flashing green thyere are no cracks or scratches on the back glass or the screen so i dont understand why it is doing this what do you think i should do ?

My iPhone X screen turned completely green and it's not working I would like to know how can i solve my problem, it all started with the screen flashing then in minutes it turned completely green so i can't use it anymore. The glass of the screen is perfectly fine, my whole phone is physically perfect. I already tried to restart it and forced the restart, also i did a backup and deleted my iPhone entirely so i don't know what else to do! Please help me! My phone was perfect before this :(
