Link to a Mail Drop file

is there a way to get a web link for a Mail Drop file? It is a 2 minute movie for a class assignment. I am trying to submit a link in google classroom

iPhone SE, iOS 15

Thank you.

p.s. could I do something similar- get a link to a file on iCloud- when I only have access to my iPhone? In the class that’s what’s available, (along with a chromebook)
