Link to a Mail Drop file

is there a way to get a web link for a Mail Drop file? It is a 2 minute movie for a class assignment. I am trying to submit a link in google classroom

How can I paste web links into Compose view on Mail using iPad? How to download pdf attachment from email - usual options not there!? I have an email for travel (passenger locator form) with a link to download pdf. The airline asks for the pdf to be uploaded before check-in. However the usual options - save to file, books, etc - aren't there! Just share to reading list, Pinterest and dropbox. Latter two not a good idea due to personal data. Any idea how to save this attachment? I am all out of ideas

p.s. could I do something similar- get a link to a file on iCloud- when I only have access to my iPhone? In the class that’s what’s available, (along with a chromebook)
