Universal copy and paste not working

Probably started after the last update. I can no longer copy and paste from mac book to Iphone 12. Both devices meet all the requirements, so please don't send that as a solution...Bluetooth working, handoff working etc. This is an APPLE issue and they still haven't fixed. I went to the Apple store and the guy did something and fixed it. Not sure what he did, but he added something. Now it isn't working again.

TIA for any help

Assuming same Apple ID in use on both…

Shut down both, restart your Wi-Fi router, then start the Mac and iPhone, and try again.

Failing that, turn off Handoff on both, wait a minute, restart both, re-enable Handoff, and try again.

Failing that, log out of iCloud on both, wait a minute or so, restart both, re-login, and try again.

Failing all that, check (again) with Apple.
