Unable to sync between my MacBook Pro and iPhone XR
I have a Mac book pro and an IPhone XR I want to Sync them but the Mac book says “
the device doesnot have the necessary services”

Bluetooth will not work. You will need the correct type of cable for your phone and computer.
Take both the MacBook Pro and iPhone to an Apple Store or a Best Buy Store if you are not sure which cable to use.

If your Mac is more than 2 years old you need a USB-A to Lightning cable. If it has an M1 chip it needs a USB-C to Lightning cable. Both are standard cables and available everywhere from electronic retailers, Amazon, even supermarkets and convenience stores.
