Full call history log on iphone
Why has access to call history log been restricted to 100 calls on iPhone? Previous calls are clearly stored somewhere, since they pop up upon deletion of the more recent ones.

Because that is the way Apple has set it up. If you need to access older calls either use the app from your cellular service provider or their website.
