Old photos might be synced with iCloud when photo library was set in Mac / iPhone / iPad used Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support , for your another iPhone ( not an android phone ) , sign in Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support with same Apple ID and password with same credentials of your old iPhone on the same network and turn on photos box they will start syncing Set up iCloud on all your devices - Apple Support
