External drives spinning up during sleep

It seems the old "power nap" options are gone in Monterey (maybe sooner; I only recently upgraded from an older Mac). My external drives are constantly spinning up when my Mac Studio is asleep. I have a studio apartment and this is often distracting overnight. Is there any way to prevent this? (I don't want to shut down the computer as I do a lot of work on it and like to jump back to where I was the previous session.)

Open /Applications/Terminal and paste in this command:

pmset -g log | grep -i "wake from" > ~/Desktop/wake_log.txt

It will list everything that is waking the Mac. Paste a snipped of the report in reply. It will help identify what is waking the Mac. In my case a Logitech external mouse was doing it. It could be a particular external drive, etc.
