Strange Files Downloaded

I have files that look like theyre pieces of apps slowly downloading into my iphone files. These are the four, idk if theyre all clash of clans related, but its worth noting IVE NEVER DOWNLOADED CLASH OF CLANS like even the game. So im completely lost on how this is happening, freaks me out.
