iCloud backup

Hello, I will like to understand how the iCloud backup works, I deleted a seed phrase screenshots from my phone and my recently deleted because I thought my iCloud backup is on but I’m surprised to see this pictures aren’t included anywhere in my backup after several restore. I really need help getting the screenshot backs if there’s any possibility please share
