iPad Pro sometimes appears green striped horizontal line

my iPad Pro m1 sometimes appear horizontal green stripes. is it the error of software or hardware? Does it have anything to do with ipados 15.5?

Thin black line across my iPad pro A thin black line has appeared across the screen of my iPad Pro seemingly out of nowhere as well as a glitching white line along the very top of the screen. I only bought this iPad in October and everything else seems to be working fine it’s just irritating whilst trying to get work done
